I shall say something this time. The gig at HOME Club on the 16th of Feb. For those who missed it. This is what happened. It RAWKED!!!! With the combination of kikoman beer, yes, I actually DO like Asahi Black, the buzzing feeling on stage, and not knowing what I was playing (actually I know la, but for added excitement mah), it was amazing. A nice change for once. Yea, Ian shall be doing most of the rambling here anyway and Biddy at myspace cos I suck at writing.
We'll be playing at UCC on the 2nd of March opening for Electrico. Yes. We're the opening act. How utterly amazing is that???!!!! We're all still at awed at been choosen and have no idea why. But we'll still play and give it our best cos we like to play. Simple. Play is fun. You people are fun. Together it'll be fun.

Helloooooo!
Adoi, what's the point of a blog if no one blogs right! Gufg. Guess its up to me again since BD and T does the Myspace so I guess I'll update abit ... JUST IN CASE anyone reads this!
Lets see hmm ... ( I just took some cough syrup so abit loopy don't mind the incoherence )
After Stasis 9, we did SMU ... which in our opinion wasn't so rocking on our part due to our schedules being all screwed up and being unable to practice very much. But ever the optimist, Terence said "nehmind, can't be high octane all the time. We need bad gigs to bring us down to earth!"
Then we wrote a new song. The style is very .... "interesting" heh heh. Come down for our HOME Club gig on the 16th of Feb to check it out!
So we also played for 100 Chairs at the Youth Park. Super rocking. We love it when Keith Lee of Lee Kwong Seng Music does the equipment and sound. Sure can make it. Although it pretty much confirms the fact that WE HATE MARSHALL AMPS (I'm sure legions of Slash fans are squealing in righteous indignation right now) but seriously folks, Marshalls never sounded good with my 2 guitarists. You want to hear 2 grown men whine, give Terence and Hilmi Marshalls for gigs.
Me? Anything goes! Except Laney amps. Gimme a Peavey anytime man. Anything 300watts.
And somehow Terence gets a brilliant idea to do recording RIGHT AFTER the gig. And in bloody Jurong West! How ghetto is that! But props to Jason of Sound Bites. He is one super nice fella and his studio, althought ulu, is very comfortable. Even met one of my old BMT mates there! Hopefully, the track will be ready by the HOME club gig.
Recording till 1am is no fun when you got exam the next morning :( Plus my "just another cold" got upgraded to bronchitis. Wheezing like Buddy Holly man. Did that make sense? Must be the cough syrup talking.
That's all for now! Looking forward to talking with more of our fans. Please feel free to approach us to talk! We're super friendly one hor!
xoxo,
Ian
